an area connected to the 48 contiguous States
and not on an
offshore island.
If you know that a shipment must come to
you by truck and boat, it is your obligation to
advise us in advance. If you fail to advise

agree to be charged for 100% of any shipping
charges
incurred beyond the initial departure
