 an area connected to the 48 contiguous States
and not on an offshore island.

If you know that a shipment must come to
you by truck and boat, it is your obligation to
advise us in advance. If you fail to advise us you
agree to be charged for 100% of any shipping
charges   incurred beyond the initial departure
